During the last two years we have been helping the hospital at Farafenni, which is on the north bank of the river. When we first visited this hospital it was a shock to see how little they had - a shortage of beds, bandages, antiseptics, towels, screens, chairs, desks or bedding of any kind. There is also still a dramatic shortage of vital equipment such as instruments, basins, needles, needle disposal containers, resuscitation equipment and blood pressure machines to name a few. In fact, they could use any equipment that is in good condition. Can you help? At present, they are in desperate need of a defibulator in order to help save lives. Can you help?
